To get to Picard Park from Lafayette, go west out of town on Kaliste Saloom Road until it ends at a stop sign at E. Broussard. Turn left and go 1.9 miles, then turn right on Rue Fosse. Picard Park is a half mile down Rue Fosse on the left.
