Discovery Park of America invites the members of the local community to drop by after our normal hours on select nights in 2018 for a fascinating hour of astronomy that is free to the public!
Thanks to our ongoing partnership with the University of Tennessee at Martin, Discovery Park will periodically host visiting UTM Astronomy Club members as well as our special guest, UTM astronomy professsor Dr. Lionel Crews, for another round of outstanding stargazing nights in 2018! They will join our Education Department staff to operate telescopes for visitors to look through, discuss the night sky, and answer questions asked by those in attendance.
Join us for a fun night of astronomy, free of charge, on September 26 from 9:00 to 10:00 pm.
