Event Description:
For science and engineering enthusiasts, this camp will be a blast! Expanding campers’ love and enthusiasm for STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) subjects, they will spend the week learning about Mars through experiments here on Earth. Campers will collaborate to solve real world issues—or rather real space issues—that NASA and others are trying to solve, like investigating ways humans could live on Mars. Grasping Frank Lloyd Wright’s innovative ideas, campers become innovators themselves. This in-depth camp provides campers an opportunity to explore the engineering process, talk to NASA employees, and create a model of a Martian colony!
