New Horizons Exhibit

Event Description: 

The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum is opening a new exhibit on May 14, 2015.  The exhibit includes a full-scale model of the New Horizons spacecraft and information about the mission.  It also includes updated panels on Pluto and the actual blink comparator that Clyde Tombaugh used to discover that world.  New sections on Kuiper Belt objects and comets are also displayed.
