The Pinwheel Galaxy, also known as M101, is a sprial shaped galaxy that's 21 million light years away from Earth. In the Northern Hemisphere, you can see the galaxy in the Big Dipper. Having trouble finding it in the night sky? No problem, we have the next best thing: a pinwheel of the M101 Galaxy. Activity is for all ages.
