Event Description:
Using green bouncy balls, teams will work to collect as many “photons” as they can by bouncing them of the ground surface. This is a way to help understand how the ICESat-2 satellite will use laser photons to collect the height of our planet. This program will be led by NASA Wallops Flight Facility’s Brian A. Campbell, Senior NASA Earth Science Education and Communication Specialist.
