"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." Join us as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing with astronomy shows throughout the day and loads of space-related hands-on activities, including building a claw grabber, designing a moon phase flipbook, snapping photos of yourself on the moon using our green screen, learning about food preservation and recipes for space travel, and more! Astronomy shows will be featured in the Dome at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm, along with a special showing of Apollo 13 at 4 pm.
